Having had a full off-season to prepare and a healthly group of players, headcoach of Ma Pau FC Michael McComie is confident that his team can compete with any of the opposition during this season Digicel Pro League.

Speaking to Ma Pau Sports.com McComie said: "Ma Pau FC is much stronger than last year and his team is ready to face any challenger in the league."

The team's first test will be against reigning champion team, bmobile Joe Public at the Hasely Crawford Stadium, Mucurapo at 8 pm. It's the feature match of a double-header.
